My wonderful soon to be sister-in-law co-runs a review/giveaway blog - Sparkling Star Reviews. I've entered a few of the giveaways, but this is the first one I've won. And what a prize - a pound of fudge! It's like Christmas came early.
The fudge is courtesy of Julie at Jewel of the Lion. I got four flavors all together - Chocolate Covered Cherry Cheesecake, Cookies and Cream, Drumstick, and Nutter Butter Pie.
The packaging that is came in was adorable. Julie puts a lot of care and attention into the packaging of the fudge, as well as the fudge its self. There was even a hand written note congratulating me for winning.
And the fudge? Oh. My. Goodness. It was so delicious. I can, without a doubt, recommend Jewel of the Lion to everyone. My favorite was, hands down, was the chocolate covered cherry cheese cake (with Oreo crust). I mean, seriously, how could you go wrong with that? Drumstick was a very close second though. I'll be honest, I haven't tried the cookies and cream one yet. I got that one for Corey so I am saving it until I see him Sunday.
